The placing of an order will be held to imply acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Guarantee. The seller guarantees the goods against defective materials and workmanship for the period of 6 months from the date of purchase.

In the event of complaint the buyer should contact the seller who may, at their sole discretion, replace, repair or refund the price of the goods. Modification or alteration to the goods will nullify this guarantee save for such adjustment as is necessary for sighting a gun.

In addition, the buyer may, within 7 days of receipt, for any reason, return the goods unused and undamaged in their original packing. The seller will refund the amount of the purchase price of the goods returned. The post & packing cost will not be refunded under this part of the guarantee and the seller further reserves the right to make, at his sole discretion, a re-stocking charge of 20% of the purchase price.

The buyer is advised to obtain proof of posting and where appropriate insure the items against loss in transit.

Goods will be sent by insured carrier but the seller will not accept orders for express or next day delivery

U.K. Delivery - Please allow 21 days, Non UK Usually 21 - 35 days but due to increased security at airports, all items are now sent by surface mail which may take longer.
