A. Very Easy - All of our prices are in U.K pounds and on every page there is a link to our currency converter ( it's on the left of your screen and says 'Exchange Rates') - If you click on it , it will link to an up to the minute conversion system. |
A. There is a charge for delivery but the system is designed to calculate this for you which is why we recommend that you use the shopping trolley system even if you are not ordering online. The delivery cost has a minimum charge and then goes by weight and your location.

A. We don't have access to the converter unless we go online - the converter is very easy for you to use and, you will no doubt want the latest exchange rate. |
A. Well, That depends where you are, we generally take 7 working days to despatch orders and usually we then send U.K. items by Courier delivery. We ask you to allow 14 - 21 working days . Non - U.K customers - We usually ship by International Recorded - we have had items arrive in Australia in 10 - 14 days . The U.S.A. usually gets parcels in 25 working days from despatch. Since September 11th non U.K. items have to be shipped overland which causes delays - air freight used to take 3 - 5 days but our goods cannot be sent by air any more. These are guidelines only and we cannot be held responsible for late arrival. |

That seems like a good idea... except that credit cards do get stolen and it is a favourite trick of the card thieves to arrange fast delivery of goods so that they can hit your card before it is reported stolen - so No we don't ever use an Express Delivery Service. - by the way, that means NO! |
Q. Alright - but what about C.O.D. after all I don't know you or whether you are trustworthy. |
A. Sorry, No, we don't accept C.O.D. As for you not knowing us, that's quite true but it works both ways, why should we send goods to total strangers? You have to decide for yourself. |
A. We can't answer the question - you need to find out for yourself. We have only had problems with Canada and Germany but this does not imply that it is o.k. for you to buy. We will be pleased to serve you but we can't be expected to be aware of the multitude of National and local laws and bye-laws. If you place an order with us we will assume that you have checked the legal ( and taxation) position and that you may import the weapon into your country. Incidentally, it's no good you asking us if we have had any problems with sending to a particular country - whether we have or not has no bearing on your order and you must find out if it is legal to purchase any of our products. |

A. You should check locally whether there is liable to be any tax or levy charged on the import of any item. We don't know the situation in your country so check with Customs BEFORE ordering. You are responsible for any duties or taxes charged on the import and we will not be responsible for any goods seized by any authority other than those based in the U.K., You should also see the item above which refers to the legal implications of importing a weapon. |

We have to keep our records for 6 years by law but none of your information is ever given out to anyone else without written authority from you and since we don't get involved in anything that might require 'sharing ' information we won't be asking for that authority. Your private information will be kept private! We do like to make occasional ' SPECIAL OFFERS and you have an opportunity to subscribe to our email list to get occasional news of offers and updates. We'll only be sending out a few offers etc each year and unsubscribing is easy. Your information is not shared, sold or given to any one else and will be used only by us for this specific purpose. |
A. Yes we give a guarantee / warranty . We want your custom, we want you to tell your friends about us. You have statutory rights which can't be taken away from you and in addition to those Rights we include additional guarantees. Please see our Terms & Conditions for guarantee ( warranty). |

A. Yes, certainly, but we aren't a big international company and can't afford to let folk send for items just to look at them for a couple of days. Our position is that we will accept undamaged and unused returned items and will refund the purchase price. We do not however refund any postage or carriage costs and reserve the right to make a 20% re-stocking charge against the purchase price. You should contact us before returning any item. |
